1. User Agreement
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Directing Mastery Academy ("DMA," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the DMA website, located at www.directingmasteryacademy.com (the "Site"), and all content, services, and products available at or through the Site (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to use the Directing Mastery Academy website and services responsibly and ethically. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited uses of our platform:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this Acceptable Use Policy, including, without limitation, terminating your access to the Site and Services.

3. Disclaimers
The Directing Mastery Academy provides its website and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.
3.1 No Warranty
DMA does not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or Services are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our courses or services. Film industry success is highly variable and depends on many factors beyond the scope of our instruction.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DMA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for access to or use of the Services.

4. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
4.1 Jurisdiction
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the Site or Services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
4.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction.
4.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
4.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Directing Mastery Academy relating to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
